i realized today i never use the word "enjoy" to simply mean something is enjoyed. it has a strange, almost illicit connotation for me.

unless it's strung together with 'quite', as 'quite enjoy' is clean and has no such connotations.

GO FIGURE.

also, i haven't been drawing much lately because i haven't had time. sorry

Enjoy never really gave me that feeling. But snog...snog sounds like something you'd do in a back alley and if anyone caught you it'd be plastered all over the news. *shrugs* Go figure.

the way it's used is most often sarcastic in today's society, so I can understand why it would have a negative connotation to you.

hmmmm come to think of it... I hardly ever use the word enjoy by itself either lawl!... i wonder if its just a coincidence or maybe just the english language evolving once again xD

Enjoy is one of those words that I save for special occasions, like that nice shirt that is too expensive to wear just because. "Like" is the plain mundane word for deriving pleasure from something.

I enjoy reading your webcomic when no one's looking.
