Well, Dante Cross got it right, I'm making a Kotonoha based theme for my page. NOW! Before you start going crazy, I need to begin a rant. A rant of epic proportions. So here we go.

School Days Rant (will probably contain spoilers)-
So I began watching this series recently because I had not yet caught up with my anime. As I watched it, I pinpointed one thing. I really really like Kotonoha's character. But this rant isn't about her and her psychotically demented mind. It's about the main male character in this anime. Holy crap he's such a douchebag. First off, why is he the main character in the first place? I wish they put more thought into a better and cooler guy than this perverted loser who just wants to have sex with every girl in the anime. Which surprisingly he succeeds at doing. Yes, he does it with every girl in the anime.With the exception of the little girls, because that's pedophilia and that's wrong. So anyways, Kotonoha likes this guy and he cheats on her for some girl that he just uses for the lovin. Meanwhile, Kotonoha goes crazy. Now, Kotonoha's case was quite interesting, her story, her background. Personally, I feel that she's the only one with a major backstory that was actually interesting. So then this other guy tries to make a move on her. But this guy is kind of lame as well. He's like the comic relief character, but he fails miserably at comic relief too. So I got to like episode six and I decided to do some research on this horribly interesting anime. I'll tell you this now, if it weren't for Kotonoha, Sekai, and Setsuna, I would've stopped watching this anime at episode 4 because that's when it starts to get out of hand.

Time for the next paragraph lol. So I was doing some research and I found out this was based on a game by 0verflow that shares the same title. I decided to play it. I went into it knowing that it was a H-game. Just like I did when I played Fate/Stay, Shuffle!, and Kanon. But they said that it was infamous for it's violent scenes. I didn't think it would be too bad since it was just some H-game. Wow.... I was so wrong. I got one of the bad endings on my second way through. It was the one where Sekai and the main guy run into Kotonoha at a bridge. Then Kotonoha pulled out this huge saw and slashes Sekai's neck. Then this fountain of blood just gushes out. Not just any fountain, if you've ever seen a watershow at a theme park or anywhere, that's how it looked like. A lot of blood. So while Sekai is bursting out blood from her neck. The main character is just watching her. He's not doing anything. Just standing there, watching her bleed to death. None of that calling of an ambulance. But then Kotonoha was doing this psychotic laugh. You could see the maniacal expression on her face as the blood pous out. Which is the reason I love her so. I do more research and find out that there's three bad endings.

The next bad ending I managed to get was the Kotonoha suicide one. Sekai and Itou (the main guy) decide it's a good idea to tell Kotonoha that they love each other. WTF were they thinking? So they tell her and Kotonoha starts to lose it. You can tell by the look in her eyes. She even goes so far to start begging Itou to go out with her. They leave and she screams then runs back in the house. They slow walk away when a cell phone smashes to the ground they turn around and witness one of the worst case scenarios that could possibly happen. Kotonoha jumped off the top of the building face first into the pavement. Her head just exploding on contact with the ground. And they see all of it and stare in horror at the bloody scene. First off, considering Kotonoha always had to sit out in PE at school because of her weak body, she got to the top of the building pretty fast. Next, why did her head explode like a time bomb was in it? I have no clue. Girls aren't supposed to dive face first off a building. They're supposed to do a hop off so they're legs hit first or their backs face the ground like they're reaching towards the sky. But, this is the psychotic Kotonoha we're talking about so this is probably believeable.

Last bad ending, which people call the best ending and I'll tell you why. Itou and Kotonoha are doing it in a room. Outside of the room, Sekai is dead in a trance just listening to their actions. Weeping, broken, and sorrowful. She makes her way to the sink and starts to vomit. Uh-oh, someone's going to be a mommy. Itou tells Kotonoha that he was only with Sekai for the sex. Kotonoha naively accepts that reason. Sekai is broken. I'm guessing this next scene takes place like a couple months later. Kotonoha and Itou are at a pier talking and laughing. Kotonoha leaves. Then Sekai comes out of nowhere and stabs Itou. The reason why I figure it's a couple months, is because her belly has gotten bigger which I doubt takes a couple days. Sekai screams in terror at what she had just done and runs away. Itou now bleeding, makes his way to the top of a hill which takes forever. I don't even know how he can get there considering he's bleeding like mad. But after what seemed like a 400 mile crawl, he gets to a bench and dies. This is considered the best ending because Itou gets what was coming to him.

So you can see these endings on youtube. But these ending have kept me interested in the anime. I'm wondering what ending they decide to pull off as we await the 12th and final episode. I'm up to 11 atm. So this is going to be big. I'm not going to spoil the 11th episode but there are indeed a lot of crazy thing beginning to happen and Itou's world is starting to come crumbling down on him. Kotonoha keeps having that same psychotic look on her face as I keep thinking, dang, I know someone's going to die. Let me say this right now, the 12th episode needs to be epic becaus the climax and suspense that the creators have built up is extremely intense and it has to have an epic ending or else all of this will have been for nothing. My theory still remains that all three of the main characters could die. Sekai stabs Itou, and in turn, Kotonoha slices Sekai's neck then jumps off the building and commits suicide.

Listen up 0verflow, don't pull an Evangelion with this anime. I demand the fans see something that will set this anime apart from all the other H-games gone anime. If we get a damn harem ending where Itou gets multiple girls, I'm going to burn my Sheezyart page and beat the director of School Days into the ground.

If you managed to read to this part, I commend you, I don't encourage you watch this anime, but you can if you want. There are better though. Like Sayonara Zetsubou-Sensei. That's funny and the main character isn't a loser. Btw I love Kimi Komori on that anime. She's so adorable and reminds me of Sadako.
