Saw The Simpsons Movie today; funny on some levels for a die-hard fan like me, but I'll wait a while before I get it on DVD.

Bought my books and essential items for college as well... My favorite item (beyond a 2 GIG flash-drive), was this awesome hooded sweatshirt for my community college that says "Mid-Michigan Football: Undefeated Since 1965"... Which is an awesome achievement for a school with no football team . Yes, I'm going to a community college; however, I look at it this way... By not paying a ton for the basic Freshman classes, I can transfer to CMU with some inkling of how college works in contrast to the high schools I've attended. Beyond CMU, I have no idea where I may be studying... Possibly somewhere in the Carolinas, if all goes well Only time will tell...
