I posted this on DA as well, I'm only posting it here for future reference because SOME people can't ask for requests nicely.
here are my rules for requesting:
1. First off, if I don't want to draw it... I just don't. Asking me repeatedly won't change my mind.
2. If I say I'm not taking requests at that time, I'M NOT FUCKING TAKING REQUESTS. Usually when I am taking requests, I'll be sure to tell you in a journal.
3. If you harass me to draw something for you, IT AINT GONNA HAPPEN. If I say no, take no as an answer and either ask for something different or GO AWAY.
4. Usually I won't deny a request unless I can't draw the person, or I've had problems with you in the past.
5. I do NOT do porn or anything else involving nudity.
6. I don't do furries, mpreg, inflation art, ECT. I JUST DON'T.
7. I don't do crack/crossover pairings. DON'T ASK ME TO.
8. If you want a request, kindly inform me via note or comment. Tell me clearly what you want and be sure to give me a reference/ detailed description (if it's your character)
9. I will do crossdressing/ shounen-ai/ shoujo-ai.... depending on the pairing/person. Most of the time I'll agree.
10. if you complain about a request I've given you, don't expect any more requests from me. Usually finished requests are just sketches, because shading/inking/coloring takes up too much time.
11. Don't fucking order me around. You can not demand I draw something and expect to get it. Also, be considerate of me and other requesters. I don't have to drop everything just so I can draw you something.
Example: "OMG, DRAW ME INUYASHA" That is a NO NO.
Here's an example of how you SHOULD ask: "Could you draw inuyasha for me, please?"
12. Don't harass me if it's taking "too long" to finish. If you do, I won't finish it. Just be quiet and wait for me to get done.
that's it. Any further questions? I'm not taking requests yet, as I still have a few that I need to finish here.

Gosh, sounds like some people must've been acting a bit off, to prompt you to have to write all this
