[align=right]INTERESTING ABOUT MY ART STUFF

I don’t know if the things I typed here is interesting though. Oh well

RULES: List ten things that are interesting about your art and put
it into your journal.

1) I like putting intricate details in my works
due to the
manga artists like CLAMP, Kouyu Shurei and Kaori Yuki. However, those details
in my RAM series were all taught by my mom. I always ask my mom and sis for
“details” concerns. Oh yeah, most of the clothes in RAM Series are
designed by either my mom or my sis. Uh, most of the clothes in my artworks
are stolen from my sister’s scrap works in her drawer. I recycle her works
in my artworks. All of them are stolen! Yes….

2) I use dustless erasers only. Vinyl eraser makes my hand
get tired easily. Kneaded erasers makes hand feel sticky. Thus, I can't concentrate
on drawing. I know, it's unperedictable but that's how I draw. You don't have
to care anyways.

3) I can only draw good works if I’m listening to instrumentals
mainly with guitars. I like the tone of guitars so much which also
jive me in doing artworks. My mind works well while listening to guitars too.
Good thing, there’s a so called MP4, otherwise, I might be bringing those
bulky MP3 Discmans. The horror!

4) I value the faces of my works. That’s why I tend
to be ignorant with the body structure. I’m trying to overcome this now.

5) Five of my paintings were all the products of listening to one solemn
song. Tsuki â€" Tsukiko Amano.

6) I ink my works for ages. I just use brushpens and unipins.
I don’t know why. Perhaps, due to the use of details. I don’t know.

7) Whenever, I draw original concept artworks, I have a certain activity
. I have five elements which will be the basis of my work. Five words
which will be combined together in an artwork. I’ve been doing this activity
since I was 13.

8) I can’t color using traditional media. I can work
only with line arts because I have shaky hands. I’m a mediocre at traditional
works. I'm studying now.

9) I paint at the max of 2-3 hours a day as a discipline because I
am a busybody. I also time myself in inking, penciling, toning, coloring.
Etc. Thanks to my ever so strict dada.

10) Back when I was grade 5, I have lots of stories in mind. I
wrote them in MS WORD. All the ideas are coming like crazy. I’ve seriously
created 30+ storylines until 1st year HS. Now, whenever I have this writer’s
and/or artist’s block, I go back to my old files and fix some stories.
Now that I’m getting older, I can’t think as creatively back in
my younger days. The children’s imagination is always the best. I’m
telling you!
