1. What sort of artist would you consider yourself to be?

To tell you the truth I'm still trying to figure that out...

Though I tend to lean toward Expressive and Fantasy illustrations, also working on a graphic novel. I still have a desire to also scare and awe people in studio shows as well though.
2. How long have you been doing art?

HAH! Ever since I could comprehend putting some type of flow to a piece of paper. xD Also, when I was a child I had a huge imagination that kept me entertained for days without a need for any friends to do it with me. Course...thats also a curse as I had severe nightmares as a child ....still do With that though comes, vivid dreams. (I still have that huge imagination.)

3. What is the biggest strength of your art?

Good question.....had to really stop and think. I'd have to say at least in my view, intensity, expression, and powerful colors. Oh and maybe some insanity ....that helps.

4. What is the one thing you would like to improve upon?

Only one thing? Screw that...im listing them all.

One would be Human Anatomy, I really want to perfect this to the best I possibly can. Acrylics, im finding I adore but Im still uneasy working in it continuously. Same with water color.

I agree with jo-jo...I'd LIKE to be able to accomplish an strong digital work as well someday...but I kinda doubt...since it frustrates me beyond reason.

5. Are you a professional?
HAH~ Not yet, but oh just you wait.

6. Would you like to be a professional?
Yes, thats been my life goal since I was 6 even though I thought about being a vet, or a doctor...but deep down...I knew..... ARTIST was me.

7. Which artist has influenced your art the most?

Ah....There are so many that influence my artwork. Its quite hard to say, I just look at alot and pick up things I fancy and turn it into my own.

8. What is your strongest medium?

Right now, just pencil shading and charcol.
9. Is there a medium you would like to learn how to use (or use better)?

Acrylics would be one, and oils....

10. How do you handle critiques of your work?

Depends on what the critique is giving, if its coming from some low pimpley assed critic then I stare like a zombie and give a small smirk and a nod.(least thats what i plan to do when im entering the big ol world.) Besides that, I take it greatly and try to suck in all the tips i can to improve and very greatful for it.

11. Do you give critiques to other artists?

Yes, as much as I want to receive it. I try to give back just as much.

12. What is your favourite subject matter for your art?

Favorite...hmm...usually something very deep, intense, filled with action (seen or not) either dealing with characters or coming out of my mind blankly.

Virangelus Says:

Dude maybe there's a correllatin with imagination and nightmares lol. Because when I was younger I'd have some bad nightmares, my dad says I'd get up and would be seeing things chasing after me. I also didn't have many friends when I was younger but had a big enough imagination to keep me entertained.

Oh! I still have that philosopher's writing done dude, I just don't want to put it on Sheezy O.o so I'll link you to something on Photobucket or my angelfire site, kay? .pdf formate fine with you?
