On thursday my dear Arturit died.
After two or three days without being able to walk, she died before i went to the vet to sacrifice her not to suffer anymore... but she didn't make me take that desition... she went away at 1:15 am and since then, my room has been quiet and sad.. without any noise to say "welcome home" she alays waited for me on the black section of her cage...
Now, on the same spot are two big pictures of her, standing and looking at me... happy as she lived. I haven check out sheezyart and im not in the mood for submiting anything, all this thing has totally sucked up all my energy and i dont know if i'm ever getting "ok" as i used to be when she was alive... i tell you one thing... when you feel your life sucks and that everything is wrong, little things.. like my dear Arturita, a gerbil, comming into your life, can totaly change that! i'm colorfull and happy because of her, she made me laugh, cry and a lot of times mad, but i always loved and took care of her... she made me see that someone needed me...
I'm getting out of college on July 19 (winter breack) so i'll be drawing, hopefully, after that day, for now, i have to study for my finall exams...
wish me luck... and take care you all.
Good Bye Arturita... i still cant get used to the silence...

Don't worry, I sure she's in a better place now... and I know she wouldn't want you to worry too much about her. As long as you keep a beloved one's memories with you, they'll never truly die. Take it from me... I had 4 dogs and now they're all gone. But as long as I can remember them for everything they were, I can still hear them around my house. I know it's tough for you right now but I hope you can remember that you can always talk to your friends, family or us for anything. Keep your chin up now...
SheenaXZelos Says:
Awww :( I'm sorry to hear that. It's really hard when a pet dies because you can get so attached to them :( that's how I felt when my goldfish died... I'm sure she's in a nice place now though :) *sends you love*

"Just this side of heaven is a place called Rainbow Bridge.
When an animal dies that has been especially close to someone here, that pet goes to Rainbow Bridge.
There are meadows and hills for all of our special friends so they can run and play together.
There is plenty of food, water and sunshine, and our friends are warm and comfortable.
All the animals who had been ill and old are restored to health and vigor; those who were hurt or maimed are made whole and strong again, just as we remember them in our dreams of days and times gone by.
The animals are happy and content, except for one small thing; they each miss someone very special to them, who had to be left behind.
They all run and play together, but the day comes when one suddenly stops and looks into the distance. His bright eyes are intent; His eager body quivers. Suddenly he begins to run from the group, flying over the green grass, his legs carrying him faster and faster.
You have been spotted, and when you and your special friend finally meet, you cling together in joyous reunion, never to be parted again. The happy kisses rain upon your face; your hands
again caress the beloved head, and you look once more into the trusting eyes of your pet, so long gone from your life but never absent from your heart.
Then you cross Rainbow Bridge together.... "
