Mr OMA: HOPELESS STRUGGLE?

I'm not going to lie to you all, 'maniacs. I'm not going to meaninglessly apologize, I'm not going to make excuses. I AM going to be straight up with you all. I do NOT have the time I used to to be pumping out comic after comic, artwork after artwork like back in the good old days. Working five full-time days for the majority of my waking hours and having tons of different projects to do all the while, while trying to actually have a LIFE outside all of this, I'm just not the machine I used to be.

BUT. Would you like to know the difference between people who often find themselves in my shoes and myself?

A great load of them put down their pencils and quit. I have every intention of continuing.

With the exception of Samurai Pizza Cats: COLD, it being a scheduled work which I have to, unless otherwise stated, supply Psy every two weeks as agreed, my comics, the commissions I owe, TRG 300, and all things in between, they will take time. They will take A LOT of time. This can't be helped. I apologize for this, but I'm a man of the working world. I appreciate those who understand this, especially since this isn't a song I haven't already sung in the past. I just feel compelled to let everyone know that I am still doing my thing and have no intention of hanging it up any time soon.

With the grateful assistance of Jen Irwin, we are concocting a plan to turn this site into something a little more befitting of my current living situation. A place where it won't just be my comics, so it will look a lot more up to date than it is. When will it be finished? I don't know, but it's a plan in progress. Stick around.

Like my art? Want a commission?
Pay a visit to the Commission Shop! Very reasonable prices. Can't go wrong!

Or maybe you wanna be generous and get exclusive TRG wallpapers in return? That's also cool! You can donate!

Prismind Says:

Don't Quit. Quitter never Succeed. You got the right mind set man

Lemar Says:

Psh, no reason to apologize. Anyone who doesn't make the effort to understand all the hard work you put into just about EVERYTHING can sit on it, in my opinion.

Singol Darkwood Says:

Prismind and Lemar got the right outlook on this. You keep on truckin OMA at your own pace. We all understand.

ChazDragoon Says:

And that is why you win OMA! You can damn well bet i'll follow in your footsteps.. (ill slow down...but i'll never stop drawing what i love. )

foolyguy Says:

I always considered you as an exceptional updater. Maybe its just because I'm not really in your shoes, and its easier to beat on myself cause I know... well me.

Basically though, I've never been really disappointed about your updates.

Light Trainer Says:

It's O.K, O.M.A! I understand how busy people can get! But if you can keep going without stopping, I'm sure you can get the other comics done! Just keep at it!

mbearden2007 Says:

Just take your time...Life isn't an easy thing...I'll always read your comics no matter if the new comic isn't seen for a month or two or three...Art isn't an easy thing...I know and working is goes the same...Everyone has to support themselves in the world...
