Disturbed - Liberate

So. Last night at approximately 12:55 AM, there was a bright flash of red/white light, an extremely loud bang, and the sound of shattering glass.

All at once.

Now, there is a hole in my screen, a hole the size of my fist in my window, and a chunk of concrete/rock the size of a ping pong ball inside my box fan, which is now sporting a chipped fan blade and a hole in its plastic grating. If it had been around a foot and a half higher, it would have hit my leg instead of the fan.

Apparently, some idiot here threw a stick of dynamite out their window and onto the edge of the outside sidewalk, where it promptly exploded and blew a rock or a piece of concrete through my screen, window, and fan.

The jackass who did this has already been caught, but this is by far on the top of my list of "Worst things to get woken up by."

I can see the black blast mark on the sidewalk from my window, oddly enough I, being on the 2nd floor and pretty far from the actual explosion, was the only room to get hit from this damn thing. :/
