so i herd you liek Todd Goldman?

I'm sure most of y'all who keep up with the current internet news from the hot zones know about this already, but I feel that I need to be reiterating and passing on the word.

The important stuffs:

Apparently, it's old news that Goldman's a talentless hack, but it's quite kickin' that he was caught by Purple Pussy creator Dave Kelly recently. And once that happened, it was only a matter of time until the thing saw the light of day. And while Goldman is being lauded for his "original" work, Kelly's, and others, such as Roman Dirge's, copied works go unnoticed.

Spread the word. Tell your folks, tell your friends: boycott the fucker!

Don't take this as a simple chain; legal action is costly, especially for independent artists. Libel campaigns, such as what this journal is a part of, is to help take the fight to more than just the internet's forum and blogging communities. The more who know, the more likely we can get some justice.

Yah, I cannot believe this crap happened.
I didn't really know who Goldman was until recentely, but it is amazing how this guy could perform art theft on such a wide scale. This is the kind of stuff you have to let get around so this won't happen again. You can't give Art Thieves fuel to try something this big too.

..."Slander" might not be the best term to use. For one thing, "slander" refers to defamation in a transitory medium, such as speech (as opposed to libel, which is in a [semi-]permanent medium, such as the written word, text, or some sort of stored data). For another, to be defamation at all the statement or statements of fact usually have to be false.
