CLICK HERE and some of the comments make me wonder.
They implicitly state that being a rabid fangirl is something that's wrong. That a fangirl is some stupid creature. I talk with some guys that simply hate fangirls because.. well, because they "fangirl". Fangirls are some human race, mostly hated by everyone who's not one.
...I do know they're some that are REALLY stupid (like the ones who put their OC's everywhere and stuff; and who're acting like their OC should marry an existing character or they'll kill you) but they're not all like that...
I personnally am the biggest fangirl ever... And I hear that what I love (in this case, yaoi) is wrong ? That girls/boys loving yaoi should stop drawing it and submitting it on Sheezy ? I see a growing anti-yaoi/yuri community on SheezyArt..
But.. What the hell are the people who're in that club thinking ? That they're gods or something ? Yaoi fans are deeply wrong and dumb, while they're the Voice of the Reason and they're right about what should be submitted on artsites or not???
That makes me SO Angry
What's next ? "Anti-chibis" club?? Come on...
I'm a proud Yaoi fangirl, I'm not mentally retarted, I'm not thinking anything wrong, I'm not a mistake. If I want to draw gay boys and even drawing yaoi with existing straight characters [ "OMFG!!11!1!1!1!!!1"
], I have the RIGHT to do it, and I don't need the permission of anyone.
And joining that club without being homophobe can be logical, but gays haven't yet made any anti-straight club, as far as I can tell.
Bleh.
Oh, and about boys who hate yaoi and therefore the fangirls... I just don't know what to tell them. X_X

I dont care if yaoi is up there though, it dosent bother me a bit, but if its sexual explicit yaoi, then sheezy isnt the place according to the rules.
Yaoi is fine, just as long as it dosent break sheezy rules by having yaoisex stuff and things like that. :/ even then I dont realy care, but its wrong if it breaks the rules and it deserves to be kicked off the site.

the way i see it as long as ther person submitting a yaoi peice with a covered pictured stating it and doing the adult mark has every right to post its up to another artist to look at it....its the same with girls with gaint boobs and in porn poses....why have one and not the other....alot of people need to realise this ^^

I'm not as much of a Yaoi fangirl, but I do remember people calling me insane and retarded because I like shounen-ai. That really made me doubt myself and question my sanity. I can only imagine that it's worse for proud Yaoi fangirl like you. It annoying to no end how these people think that anything that's not het. pairing is wrong and disturbing. These arrogant people who think that everything they believe in and say is right and moral.
...but I can understand what the guy(?) who wrote it is going at. Explicit R-NC17 stuff shouldn't be submitted onto to SA...or DA for that matter. This applies to both boyxgirl and same gender pairings. There could potentially be lots of kids who are not...uh, mentally matured to see them. Of course, there are also people who are, but don't like seeing these explicit things anyway.
..and about fangirling: I'm guessing that some people have either had bad experiences with fangirls before or feel that they should hate fangirls because it's the "norm". Hopefully this won't offend you, it's understandable how it's easy to hate a posessive fangirl think that (insert character name here) is her future husband or something crazy like that.
UH, I tried to comment in the best way that I could, but...I somewhat got lost at what you were *really* upset about initially.
The submission of explicit content (which was mentioned in the link you gave)? Fangirling? Anti-yaoi/yuri groups?
