Anybody know why it won't let me submit anything??

Ugh help. First it doesn't let me do journals, now it only lets me edit EXISTING journals instead of posting new ones. This blows.

And I can't submit art, it says "cannot transfer". What the heck does that mean? I have uploaded this pic to FA and DA, it is harmless! I dont understand. Did I get banned from posting more pix or something??
