Alrighty. Settle in folks, this is a long one. I picked this sucker up from one of my new favorite artists on SA known as Mie. Her Sonic art is superb. Go check it out. I command it as thus.

1] What is your pen name?
Triad Orion, of course.

2] How did you get the name?
Originally, a long long time ago, I used to draw silly little comics in study hall of middle school. One of the main characters was named Jon Archer, who had blue shades and a black jacket among other things. As my comics progressed, I found myself using him constantly in new productions. Eventually, I determined Jon was a sucky name and gave him a better one: Triad Orion. When I took to writing fanfiction, I needed a pen name, so I took the name of my favorite creation.

3] Do you use PC or Mac?
PC, only because they play games.

4] What software you use most often?
Internet Explorer (Cries), Microsoft Word, AIM, Windows Media Player, Microsoft Paint. (I'd kill for Photoshop.)

5] Do you use mouse, or tablet?
Because I only have fugging MS Paint, Mouse.

6] The color you use most often is?
Blues and reds. Because they rock.

7] What area of the pictures do you put most effort into?
To be fair, I write and/or do sprite comics. Though I'd have to say hair and eyes for that.

8] How long does it take you do draw a picture?
I suck at drawing, and I don't have time to practice. But considering I do Sprite Comics, they typically take between two hours and three to make them look presentable and nice.

9] Do you keep your rough drafts?
Not really... I haven't needed to do edits for sprite comics yet.

10] What kind of font do you use most often?
When I write my stories, I use Arial. Sprite comics I use Futura Lt.

11] What's the dpi when you scan?
Scan? Me? Nah.

12] Do you do anything else when you're drawing pictures?
While I sprite I often listen to music.

13] How many pictures do you draw in a month?
Considering I'm a spriting novice, not a lot yet.

14] What kind of paper do you draw your pictures on?
Pixels, dammit. And they're god-damn sprite comics! Stupid survey.

16] How long does it take to ink something?
.... *Hits survey* Bad! No buscuit!

17] Do you do doujinshi or original manga?
No. I write fanfiction and sprite comics.

18] Do you like doujinshi? Is it fun making it?
...Meh. I'm indifferent.

19] Ever submitted anything to a magazine?
No.

20] Did it get published?
Nope.

21] Who are your favorite artists?
I'm a fan of whomever did the art stylings for Sonic the Hedgehog, as well as a fan of the Fire Emblem artist. I also have a fair share of favorites online, but... I think my favorite artist of all time would be Leonardo DiVinci.

22] What's your favourite Anime/Manga?
I like Lupin the 3rd. Old school, yo. I'm also a fan of Kenshin and Trigun.

23] Favourite Character?
From...from what? ;; Let's see, Sonic, Megaman, Isaac (Golden Sun), Garet (Golden Sun), Jigen, Lupin... the list goes on. But I also particuarly like Author (Dave Anez) from Bob and George.

24] Any artists that you'd like to draw like?
Well, the artists behind Sonic the Hedgehog, as well as Kenshin and Trigun.

1)Sonic The Hedgehog
2)Golden Sun
3)Megaman (All series EXCEPT Battle Network)
4)Fire Emblem

28] Any favourite characters from video games?
Sonic. Sonic is my all time favorite. Though I've become a fan of others, not the least of which is Joe from Viewtiful Joe. "Henshin-a-go-go, baby!"

McVaffe- Megaman 3: ProtoVaffe OC Remix
DarkeSword- Sonic Adventure: Twinkle Park Classic OC Remix
Billy Joel- The Piano Man

Not really. Most small ones aren't always great, and most major ones can be too overwhelming.

36] What is your dream site like?
An easily coded, easily updated site that is free with unlimited space/bandwidth that gets good traffic with no trolls.

Haven't really tried, but I'm sure I could.

Yahoo. No E-pets.

46] Are you a computer expert?
No. I'm better than the average user though.

47] Want to become a professional artist?
Hell no. I'd like to become a professional fiction writer... a published one. But the second someone tells me what to write I raise the middle finger.

48] Any other jobs you're interested in, besides a professional artist?
...Stupid survey. Aside from author, I'd like to be a college history professor.

49] Any other specialities besides drawing?
Writing. I've been told I'm pretty good. I only hope I can improve!

52] Have you ever entered art contests?

63] Have you drawn badly because you think too much?
....If I get one more DRAWING question, someone's getting an axe where the sun doesn't shine.

64] Do you have any friends who are professionals?
Professional dinguses in the case of Village Idiot.

65] Where do you often hang out?
My dorm room.

66] Do you have any artists that you don't like too much? Really whiny ones. The ones that bitch about not being popular all the time. And I really can't stand the ones who can't get past their Gothic phase and claim it as artistic power fighting the system. No. That's called being an idiot. The world doesn't suck, not if you live in America. If you think your life sucks and the world hates you, move to a third world country and become a damn peasant. While you're starving with no bed and poor shelter, THEN you can complain that your life sucks.

67] Situations in which you really don't like being online?

SPYWARE. VIRUSES. Bitchy people, trolls, complete %*#(#ing morons, theives of all sorts, pop-ups, gaming assholes who know they can get away with crap because of not being actually seen. See Gabe's "Greater Internet *%#(wad Theory:" Here.

A sprite comic I did for a friend's birthday.

72] Do you still have that?
You bet.

73] Has your drawing style changed a lot?
Well, since I was a kid, yes I've improved. but I'm still not GOOD.

74] How does it usually change?
Um, it turns down the SUCK.

75] Have you experienced artists block before?
Screw Artist Block. FUGGING WRITERS BLOCK IS THE BANE OF MY VERY SOUL! *Coughs* Sorry.

76] How did you escape from it?
Caffiene rushes, self parodies, God knows what else.

77] What happens when you have artists block?
Writers Block: I get frustrated as hell and can't write worth squat.

78] Any artists that have influenced you a lot?
Dave Anez and Brian Clevenger have really shown me what it takes to make a Sprite Comic. I doubt I'll ever be an equal to them, but I feel as though I'm at an advantage in spriting because I try to follow their examples.

79] What made you start drawing?
I was really really bored.

80] What made you want to get a website?
Boredom. Thought it would be cool.

81] Where did your site name come from?
Notepad. And basic HTML knowledge.

82] What do you think about net manners?
An absolute must.

83] Have you ever been spammed?
Not very much, but yes.

A few times, but I can't give up writing, and spriting has become a lot of fun.

85] If so, why?
N/A

86] About how much KB is each picture?
How MANY KB. What would Spud Sr. Think of such atrocious grammar? And poor Spudmom. I hope this survey's good at sports for their sake.

Usually around 200KB, I think.

87] When creating your site, do you use a program or pure html?
Pure damn HTML. Only wusses and lesser wimps use a program.

88] Do you have good eyesight?
I have glasses that allow me to see 20/15, and my standard eyesight is 20/20, but I'm farsighted. So, all things considered, my vision's decent.

89] If you can get any person's autograph, who's would you get?
Yuji Naka. Sonic > All

90] What would you say to that artist when he/she autographs for you?
Probably this: "Duh, duh duh duh, sign please? Duh duh..."

91] Do you have fans of your art?
A couple, I think.

92] Do you like to draw on oekaki bbs?
Yawhat now?!

93] Are you good at art in school?
I hated art classes in school. They defeat the damn purpose.

94] Did you take art lessons other than from school?
Spriting lessons came from Bob and George's resources, and the rest is self taught.

No. I did original comics when I was younger.

"I told you NEVER to bring that up again!" -Triad Orion (The character, then me later. )
"Math is for squares! Like Pants!" -Timmy Turner's Father

97] Do you think your personality is different externally and internally?
Not for the most part. Though there are times when I have to put up a front to people who piss me off so I don't rip out their tonsils with a blunted spork. *Coughs* That doesn't happen often, mind you.

98] What's your goal now?
Get a masters' in History, possbily a doctorate, write and get a fiction novel published and make money off that, get married to the right woman, and start a family.

99] What do you have to say to yourself?
Never give up. Failure only comes to those whose resolve fails.

100] Lastly, what do you have to say to everyone?
Thank you so much for reading this. I'm probably not an exciting person to read about, but I'm glad you might've taken the time. Please read my sprite comic Defenders of Alpha when it becomes available.
