Hi all ya people!

After a two-month-break I'm back again on the digital-landscaping-front :lol:

Yeah finally I'm back - after a lot of frustration while my machine haven't rendered for a long time, wether in TG nor in Mojo, I've taken the advice which my good friend *janetino gave me about three months ago, she said: 'go and buy a new computer!' and exactly that I've done now!

YAY!

For the technical interested people -> AMD 64 X2 4600+ CPU, 2 GB of RAM, 2 SATA Harddisks a 250 GB in a RAID, MSI Graphics-Adapter with ATI 1600XT with 256 MB RAM onboard passive-cooled(quietly!), Samsung DVD-Burner with LightScribe-capability, 600W PSU and plenty of room in the computer-case for another 9 additional HDs...

It's the first machine I've built totally myself! :lol:

I tell you - it's totally great; I can do a render and have 50% CPU ressources free nontheless!
And it render soo fast - so that I did some renders which have failed many times in the past, especially renders from Mojoplanet 'Dusted' which is under the top-five of my personal private Mojoplanet-Hitlist!
Maybe it's even NumberOne - not totally sure about. Anyway it's a really great planet wiht just one fault - it renders extremely slow. But with the new machine it's to make - still time-consuming, but no more impossible (which it was on some special points). So prepare in the near future for a 'Dusted-Render-Flood'!
First of them I will upload as soon as I'm done with this journal...

The not so happy-making news is that I will have not that much time for art that I was used to, cause my mother has moved after her stay in hospital to a new apartement which is a good portion more far away from my apartement. On the other hand I think it's an opportunity for improve the quality of my pics - at least I hope so!

One more point is that my message-center pours over; so I have made the decision that I'll erase all the older messages and most of your great deviations whithout take a look for it; please forgive me that, but I guess it's better to make a clean new start-over.
I hope you'll understand that...

OK, that's it for today I guess; just one more point - the song from Laurie Anderson which I hear currently is uploaded at MegaUpload for you people who are interested in. I would really recommend it, cause beside from it's musical and other qualities it is kinda song for all Digital Landscapers!
