I will turn on my other computer(my god one) and it will bring to boot menu.It says how you want to start your computer"safe mood, Start windows normally, last method that worked, etc"
I tried all of then it would go to where it loads, and then poof restarts. I can find no pattern.
I belive its with my powersuply, fan or possible ram. I know its not a virus or my hard drive peroid.

It could be the ram as you say since if windows is being loaded into the ram and it hits a corrupt part of your ram then it'll just crash and probably restart. Well it's either that or windows has corrupted itself or something else I just can't think of atm

I hate to say this, but I think it is the hard drive. I had the same problem about a year ago. The Hard dive may be corrupted and needing reformated. Of course mine had to be slapped into another tower to be reformated. Cause mine went through the start up phase and boom it restarted itself. It's hung up, so like I said probably the hard drive.*Has a computer geek in the family. Looks to father >.>*

Go into Safe Mode, and then run Windows Fail Safe thingy, and try it again.
Or set it on fire! I did that to my last computer cuz it was giving me lip. ;o;
