Dear SheezyArt Admins...

Under no part of your terms and conditions does it specify that uploading spam journals is against the rules. In fact, with the option to disable journals on th Watch List, I feel you've pretty much broken your own rules.

In fact, no part of the terms and conditions even so much as mentions the word "journal". Or "comment" for that matter. Revise them before we work that one out.

In addition, by banning Ross you have given him exactly what he wanted out of the exercise, and are therefore caving into the desire of a user above all other concerns of moderating the site.

Unban him now and save your honesty and piss him off. Or keep him banned and keep your hypocracy. Also of note, raising these complaints about the system is also not on your terms and conditions (and is, in fact, a tenet of the First Amendment of the Constitution of the USA, of which California is a member and is where these servers are maintained and are therefore the laws we run under)

I play the legalese game well...

Signed on with the agencies today. Of note is that I have a 89% Overall Grade with Microsoft Word (with 92% in Basic) and a 75% in Excel. They normally look for 50% and 45% respectively.

I think it was more to the fact that he was slandering a lot of artists.

You may not use the SheezyArt.com Gallery for the purpose of:

B. Uploading Spam. This includes submissions used specifically to incite disgust, annoyance, or anger; or submissions contributing to a chain/pyramid scheme.

You're correct in saying that submission does not equal journal, but a journal can be considered a submission to the server in the same way as, for example, an override. Are you saying that if someone were to override the background code to tile goatse as their page background they wouldn't be responsible -- but if they were to submit it as art then they would?

Meh, I'm just arguing the toss. If Ross wants to piss around, it's the Internet. Not like anyone can stop him.

Furry Says:

I'm a lil late to the party :(

But just my opinion here:
it doesn't need to precise journal, comment or whatever.
Vague wording is there so admins have some space for maneuvering the banmobile.

As for the ban, apparently the content of the journals was also questionable? I dunno )

First amendment? that's the freedom of speech one?
I'm pretty sure SA isn't the Congress so it doesn't concern it at all.

wow, off the net for a month and look what happens. I guess I'm not that surprised, this stuff happens all the time here.
