Yeah. What fun we had last night! I was convinced I would end up intoxicated or worse, but everything turned out fine.

Alex's friends Barbara and John Rubin came to visit from New Rochelle. They're the bestest! So we went bowling and for ice cream.

They threw us out of the bowling alley because it was 'getting late', so we stayed in the parking lot wreaking all kinds of nonsensical havoc.

Barbara had so much shit in her car! We found some folding chairs, a tennis ball, a frisbee, and Vito had a baseball bat in his trunk, so we started playing games of all sorts! It was great fun.

I tried to light the pavement on fire.

But no one saw it kay? Kay.

Then after havoc wreaking time was over, we went to the Newburgh waterfront. But because Alex is terrible with directions (she convinced us she knew where she was going) a trip that could have taken 20 minutes took closer to an hour. So we didn't get to stay very long, but it was still nice.

We sat by the water and talked. The weather was perfect! It was breezy but warm and there was a bit of drizzle. Alex and the others put their feet in the Hudson River, and now Alex has sprung a sixth toe named Philbert.
