Contest!

Yes you heard it right!! I can't seem to beat back my blues... and I've seen so many cool drawings in other people's favorites galleries of artwork of their chars by other people.. so I thought doing a contest might help cheer me up and get me motivated and inspired.

The rules ! :

Keep it clean but other than that have fun with it. You can do pencil or full color, a stand alone piece or have them interacting with one of your chars! Or with each other! Do something dramatic, or cute, or sensual!

I'm always so busy at cons doing commissions I rarely have time to pass around a sketch book. I thought this might be a great way to fix that problem!

All you have to do is upload it to your gallery here or some where else like Photobucket and then email me at cybercatgraphics at yahoo dot comor note me me with the url of your image and your email address!!

Okay what's at stake?

A full color one char commission of your char or whatever ya want! I still have a few other commissions in que but I think I'll be done by the time the contest is over. Either way I should get the prize art done within 2 months.

Second and third place both get a pencil sketch of your choice !

How to choose the winner !

Artistic skills arn't the only factor. If the idea is solid and really awsome you could win just as easily as any one else.

I'll put up a poll and have people vote for the submission they like best!

The contest starts today and the last day to get your entry in will be on September 1st 2006 ! That ought to give every one plenty of time to get it done!
