We mostly use Yami with only an occasional Atem thrown in (but we pronouce it with a hard A cause we're cool like that)
sometimes when we want to be sarcastic we don the dramatic face and voice, point twards the sky and pronouce Atem like the do in the dub (i.e. make a sneezing noise XP)
if i was truely honest, i've only ever called him yami (pronounced as in sammy wid a 'y' like american ancent sorta thin) but hey, yami yugi i have also used. i hardly ever call him pharaoh and rarely atemu, and i've never even thought of calling him atem
