Yeah, that's how I feel. This lady I'm living with...thinks that I'm a full-blown artist and therefore wants me to paint all this stuff for her, including a portrait of Miss Piggy.
WTF!?!? I don't do that kind of artwork. She's never seen any of my artwork, I just told her that I do a bit of art on the side and all of a sudden I get bombarded with all these requests from her. GAH. It's bad enough that she doesn't have internet and has given me NO room to do art (which I think is starting to depress me...I'm used to drawing for at least an hour a day) but then she piles this on me. ARG. I'm not staying with her to do artwork, I'm staying there because it's close to where my internship is. NOTHING ELSE.
I talked with my mom about it, and she just says that that's how she is. *sigh*
But still, I think that by the end of my internship I'm gonna go crazy. Her lifestyle is just so much different than my, it's hard to adapt. Thank god I'm at work most of the day.
Speaking of, it's AWESOME. My internship is going great. My current on-going project is to come up with recipes for their annual Halloween bookazine. If anyone has any unique Halloween recipe ideas or crafts, feel free to send 'em my way. I've got a nice list of about a dozen original recipes going as it is, but we need between 35-40. I don't have to do all of them, just as many as I can.
The lack of drawing room has given me some opportunity to do some writing though. Maybe I'll even start on White Angel soon...
