AngelRaye: I Give Up

I give up everyone.
I had a change of heart a while back and started uploading pics again. For a while things got better and I got some feedback. But now it's stopped again. I also see that some pics that I submitted over a month ago has less than 10 pageviews. Do you know how depressing that is? I beginning to agree with Mistress Legato. This place is nothing but a popularity contest. So I give up. Sorry to those of you who do like my art. You can go and see my stuff over at Deviantart if you like.

-.- I can understand what you're meaning now.. I got watches and pageviews.. but almost no comments and single-views.. it's depressing.. I don't get that on deviant either though.. so I'll stay here because the sheezy art community is filled with a few friendly nice people..

I understand that too! It DOES seem to be nothing but a popularilty contest to everyone. Everyone's being so mean! I feel like leaving sheezyart too. They'll ONLY send coments if it's something they know but if it's something original from me or something else then they won't comment. (but you of course ) so yeah.

You should never give up! >< Even my things don't get feedback all the time, and it's alright... I don't have to get feedback on everything all the time... even if it stopped, to me, it'd be fine because that would leave me much more time to comment on other's artwork ^^ Dont return to DA... it's going to be harder there and the people aren't nearly as nice. It's all really up to you... but tucking tail and leaving isn't going to solve anything for you... if recognition is what you want... push yourself harder to do better, force yourself to draw even when you don't feel up to it. Make people recognize you as a person, and as an artist. >< I just don't know why you'd leave a friendly community where you have people who appreciate you... *shakes her head* I think I've said enough, but please don't leave SA.

I know what you mean T__T;; dA gives more feedback than here. It's depressing for me too, I almost only come here to see other's art. xD;; I really hate to see the popularity contests everywhere...
