HEY.
YOU GUYS.
I KNOW that I drew a picture of Lina Inverse handing out a bloody heart last year for Valentine's Day. It was a JOKE. There was a lot of luvey-dubby stuff and I thought it'd be funny. That's all. See, unlike 87% of you guys out there, while I may have hated Valentine's Day at one point in my life, it was more of a "Valentine's...eh" thing than the "OMG VALENTINES DAY SUX CUZ I'M SINGLE YOU COUPLE SHULD DIE BOOHOO" bullshit I see/saw flying around. Because, y'see, I have a few friends, namely Prismaya, who think good of that day even when she was single and I don't want to annoy them like the rest of you do!
That 'Pounce'd' pic I drew? That was just a gift to Jenni. Even if it WASN'T Valentine's Day, I would have still drawn it. I just felt, now that this year I HAD someone, compelled to give her a gift of some sort!
Yet it falls RIGHT back to the whole Lina thing and all my anti-love motions in the past.
Yes, I admit it freely. I was like that at one point. I'm not the most love educated guy around even now, but things changed. Jenni has changed them. I'm no love crusader, but she's made me appreciate it more now that she's here to give me some.
If you guys ever find a significant other, you may feel the same way. : D

You know, i can't seem to get people myself sometimes. I mean, its just art that was on a paper and now is on a computer. It shouldn't matter. A joke is a joke, and a bloddy heart drawing on a paper is just part of a humor thing.

Seriously, it's the same for me. Well, not really, since I'm still "Meh, Valentine." I just make a few jokes about it. Not among the lines of delivering bloody hearts since I've honestly seen that a couple of times before... I make fun of MYSELF on Valentine's. Seriously, last year, I made a one-shot showing that a SOCK PUPPET got more play than me, and this year I was tricked into dating a carrot. Stupid, I know, but made me chuckle.
I'm neutral about Valentine's Day. I don't have anyone to care especially for because this day forces people to buy cards and chocolate, but I don't deny that it might happen, and I don't go against the people who love this day and use it to show their loved ones they care.
People are just stupid sometimes, OMA. Welcome to Earth.
