About to EXPLODE!

Lord knows I probably need one!!

Ok parents went away for the week to Mexico and left little old me home in the snow drift..

Thursday:
Dad hits himself with a jack in the elbow and side of head. Elbow, and head are swollen.

Friday:
Parents leave around 9am for city to get flight.
Feed dog, gave dog her meds
Went to work at 6, home by 9:30 and bed by 12am

Saturday:
Work up 8am went down stares
Clean up all of the little 'GIFTS' doggy has left me next to the back door. Put her outside, and decide to feed her later in the day.
Go to work back at 12pm
Clean up another 'gift' from dog and is thankful its not a 'runny gift' (shudders)
Give doggy meds I forgot to giver her in morning and take for a small walk.
Watch TV till 10am and wait for phone to ring telling me that parents arrived at hotel.
10-12 online

Sunday
11am wake up and go down stars to find MORE 'gifts' from doggy.. put doggy out and set alarm clock for 7am Monday morning in hopes to avoided another 'gift'
In mean time put doggy's drugs in food dish with wet food for doggy comes back in.
Brush teeth
Go back to kitchen and find that kitty has eater wet dog food and doggie's drugs...

.....

Call vet to see if I have just killed he cat.

VET; "hello tri county vet center"
ME: Hi I just went to give my dog "(insert drug name here)" about 3min ago, she's about 6-8 pounds.. is she gonna be ok?
VET: ummmmmmmmmmmmmmm.. one moment please...
10min later
VET: ye she should be just fine.

Ya I figured it would have killed her by then anyhow.

Hop in truck to go out to camp and feed the wild kitty there.. ok so she's not wild anymore and frankly we can't get he out of the house now she's SO lazy!

By anyhow truck is parked in the yard,.. not the driveway.. with a load of wood on the back..

Its been raining now for almost 7 hours..

So the truck was good and stuck, and took some colorful words and phrases cursing everything from weather to well rings, to get me out. Got to camp and filled up water and food dishes and spent a few hours petting kitty before going home again.

Take dog for walk and sit on phone waiting for it to ring..

6pm phone rings from Mexico and parents are heading to pyramids next day. Dad is feeling better.
10-12 online

Monday:
7am alarm goes off and receives a good smack for disturbing sleep.
7:01am wonders why alarm has gone off when work stairs at 12pm?
7:02 12sec almost asleep when doggies gifts come to mind
7:02 15sec is down stairs putting dog

Give dog meds, throw cat out. Go to work for 12.

Skip break at work and add the 15min to my lunch, drive home throw dog out inhale some caned produce, and fly back to town with 2min to spare to clock back in for work.

Nephew phones and say's he'll be over Tuesday after school. I give directions on meds and feeding dog.

After work fly home again to give dog meds and put out.

Tuesday:
7am put dog out, get read for work.
4pm phone call from nephew asking if its ok to let dog outside, because she is dancing in front of back door. I reply that he should hang up now and let her out or clean up dog shit after.

Do a phone survey about my thoughts on the Health care in my province..

Oh ya.. you KNOW it wasn't a good thing.

After answering the same question asked 5 different way, I freak out again and soon have the person on the other end of the phone line crying with laughter!

I mean come ON!

Ok let me see now.. out of the 7 houses on my road 5 of them house people who either HAVE cancer(one of those being MY house), or have DIED from cancer, the other 2 contain people who have sufferer a heart attack.

My teacher was sent home with a broken arm, my cousin was sent home with a broken NECK!!
My uncle died from lung cancer couse his doctor was too damn lazy to look at his x-rays for 6 F&^*ing months!
My mom had a cholesterol count of like 7 and the doc said NOT TO WORRY!
My dad had a high blood cell count and HIS doc told him it was a cold.. turned out to be Leukemia!

WTF?!?! What the HELL kind'a questions is that??!? That like "you have suffered a double leg break in a car crash and you car is now on fire" do you want the ambulance there

B: in an hour or so
C: maybe tomorrow
D: maybe in 2 weeks!

I'll pick B couse I know they are busy and all and I don't wanna disturb them on their lunch break!

Wednesday:
Drive nephew to school, go to work and by dog new dog dish. Get home at 7 open box with dog dish to find it busted. Feed and drug dog, and bed by 11

Thursday
At work get taped into a box. Get smacked upside the head with a bank deposit (aka bag of money). Throw a complete hisses fit over it and watch as My supervisor almost pisses herself laughing at me over it.

Start to wish the boss hurries and comes back couse the staff is really starting to argue over shitty things.

Nephew had friend over which was ok, they spent a lot of time acting like kids, which made me envious. Lol I wanted to play tag too! But I had to go to camp and feed cat.

So out into the dark night I go with the dog and a goal in mind. Feed the camp kitty again. Well everything is now frozen so the road is good. All of kitties food is gone along with water...

Which is strange couse I did put A LOT in bother dishes.. well I fill them back up and go home.



Friday:
9am House is all clean and ready for mom and dad to come home ANY SECOND now because the note on the fridge tells me the plane gets in at 5:15AM.

I give them a few exta hours because of the BLINDING blizzard outside. School is canceled, and I leave the drive way to go to work. 4min later I pull back in the drive way because I can't tell the difference between the ditch and the road.

Call work to tell them I might/will be late.

See the snow plow pass and follow it all the way to work. My 15min drive on a sunny day took me over 45min..

I receive another smack upside the head from my loving supervisor once I get to work for even coming to work at all today.

Spend the day putting stickers on things and moving lots of random crap around. Head home at 6 and stop at the garage half way home to refill my windshield washer fluid. And have a pleasant little chat with a old friend from school how now works there.

Get home to find that parents are STILL not home. So I get on the phone and call the air port and get someone who I can tell English is NOT their first language.. I thank her for her time and call the same number again thankfully receiving an fluently speaking assistant. And try and get more data on the flight I want.
But there seems to be 2 flights by that number so I try calling Mexico and the hotel to get a hold of them to see if they missed their flight.
After some bad translating and useless hand signs we get the name we are looking for in rooms.
Person: "is tha, "M" oa "N" mama?"
Me: "M" and in "Mooooo"....
................

No I don't quite know where the cow came from but it was all I could think of that started with an "m". I spent the next 15min trying not to laugh at myself. Well I get to the room but no one is there. So I try the air line again and am given the CanJet number and get to talk to someone who knows what I want.

Turns out that the flight is at 5am SATERDAY morning.

AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH! I"LL KILL EM!! I'LL KILL EM!!! I SWEAR I'll KILL EM!!

*cough*

So after that I ended up raiding the fridge with my nephews help and 4 small staked and 2 chicken legs later, we had a little 'iron chef' competition. With some tasty results.

Drove him home and here I sit.


Where did I put that rum again???
