On a side note, Nate, Pil, Matt and I had our 'Christmaka' yesterday.

We had a full on Christmas meal, opened our presents (Matt and I swapped one present each and gave Nate and Pil theirs - they did the same) pulled crackers and wore silly party hats ^^

I baked a cake (the first cake I've baked solo! Also my first ever Christmas Cake!) to go with the twelve cupcakes I baked the day before ^^

There were chocolate santa lollys (whose head we enjoyed biting off) and mini chocolate santas, as well as pepermint candy-canes and various wines ^^ with coctail umbrellas ^^

We had a leg of lamb, pigs in blankets, stuffing, brussel sprouts, red cabbage, roast carrott and parsnips, roast potatoes and baby sweetcorn ^^ with mint sauce, mustard and lamb gravy with mushrooms and onions in ^^

We had a damn good time - we even watched 51st State just for the hell of it ^^

Everybody liked my cake, and everybody liked the meal itself ^^

It was fun ^^

I now thoroughly look forward to the real Christmas dinner at mum and dads, then the Christmas meal with Bayly et al on the day after boxing day, and then Christmas/New Years at Matt's mums ^^

(yes, I am celebrating Christmas four times this time round oo)
