Good god, finals week. I am feeling pretty confident in all of my classes, except algebra. I feel like an absolute idiot in that class. To pass the class, I need an average of 86. I took a mock final this morning and pulled a 117 (out of 200). That's roughly a 56. Damn... I really need to study the hell out of my Algebra, and if not...

I haven't been drawing lately. At all. I know I say that often, but this month has been a veritable drought. I guess I've just been busy (and lazy!). Sorry if it takes me a bit long to finish that trade, .

So anyways, they were holding this comic/art gathering at a place near campus called SolArts. Me and Dae hopped in the car and made our way there. I got to meet all kinds of cool people, and they had this open mural that was going to be raffled off at the end of the event. I didn't win (it would've looked great over my bed), but I did get to sketch in a quick pic of Mataeus.
One guy from the comic half of the event noticed, and later pored over my sketchbook. For some reason, he really liked Zacharias. He recommended a few anthro comics, and I showed him a volume of Megatokyo I had with me.

I had such jitters just being there! It was really fun, but this was my first time being in the presence of real artists! Watching them be artistic, viewing their work, hearing delicious poetry slams... it made me very nervous just to be around such gratutious amounts of talent!
