Today, I rant. YAYS!

This time it's about what some of my 'friends' used to nag me about. And what is sorely needed today.

My parents like to limit who I hang with. At first, I hated it. But then, I came to realize that it's for my own good.

NOW, here's the reason.

WHY do you think so many of today's kids are delinquent losers? BECAUSE OF TWO THINGS:

1) They are not disciplined.

2) They hang with the wrong crowd.

Both of them are equally responsible for the destruction of today's young and tomorrow's generation. And yet, some people are so dense, they don't see it. I don't want to hear crap like 'Oh, hitting children is child abuse' THAT'S BULL! HITTING THEM IS APPARENTLY WHAT A LOT OF CHILDREN NEED! Sure, going too far is child abuse, but hitting them for misdeeds is MORE than warranted!

And yet, some parents try to DEFEND their children when they fudge up beyond repair. I feel bad for those fellas, I honestly do.

So next time you see a thug smashing car windows, or stealing porno mags, or anything along those lines, remember that they are what you may become if you are not disciplined.

As for the wrong crowds, hanging with people like the above influences the followers. They want to be cool when, in fact, they are doing the opposite. Why don't people realize that today, to be cool, you have to be an idiot? You have to rob stores and banks, you have to hurt innocent people to be cool. Yea right.

I hate to break it to ya, but that's not being cool. That's being a complete retard thinking you're cool. To be cool, you must do the exact opposite of what those accidents do.

So, I once again plead, that everyone do the right thing. Be a better person than most people are today. Let's not forget, just because the majority does it doesn't mean it's right.

Let me share something with you: I once told a friend to stop something he was going to do. It was something bad, of course.

His reply was 'But everyone else is doing it.'

My reply: 'Well DUH! Why do you think this messed-up world is ending up the way it is?! BECAUSE EVERYONE IS DOING IT!'

If that doesn't make sense, I fear for your future. Try to understand it if you do not. There is meaning in that, and it WILL escape some people.
