So yeah, Christiane and I were hanging out having a coffee and these 2 guys (About mid 20's, kinda Oliver Twist-ish, Charles Dickens looking) came up and tapped my shoulder. Convo as follows:

Me: Hmm? Can I help ya?
Guy 1: Wow, my friend and I were just talking and, boy, you sure do look like Janis Joplin!
Me: Uuuhh ... okay *Frowning*
Guy 2: No no! Good Janis! Pre-hard drug, pre booze Janis. Long haired happy Janis!
Me: Uhhh ... okay, thanx for that ... *Still looking lost*
Guy 1: Yeah, just like Janis, cept not quite so ... bright.
Guy 2: *Thinking* I know! If Janis and Rob Zombie had a kid, she'd look JUST like you!

Then he slaps me on the back and says "Catcha later, Janis!" and walks out.
Now I listen to Joplin, but I guess I never really thought about it, so I came home a browsed some pics, and yeah, freakily enough, add about 15-25 pounds to Joplin, and slap a spike collar on her and some dark, old fashioned english clothing and a pair of glasses (Not the huge sunglasses) and bam! Me! And then I went home and said to mom and dad: "Do I look like Janis Joplin or something?" And what does dad say? (And he wasn't kidding) "I've thought you looked like Joplin since the day you were born - now that you've grown you're hair back long and curled it, yeah." Freaky ...
