The feet for my Muattsi costume. These took an amazingly long time, but they're finally done!
These take some skill to wear at first, because they requre the wearer to stand on his or her toes, but after some practice I can actually walk quite easily in them.
The fur application took forever, since I attached the fur to the fabric in segments. I may try a version using real fur, it may go faster.
I'll be happy to take commissions on feet like this and simpler versions. Send me an e-mail if you are interested.

Oh, those are so awesome. I'm still working on the standard costume parts... I wonder if I'll ever get to making awesome costume things like that.
Jolie Says:
Awesome! I've been wanting to learn to sew and build costume bits like digigrade feet because I want a gargoyle costume.
Post the full pic when you have the costume done, please??
Minstrel Ayreon Says:
Wow, that's pretty cool--and anatomically sensible, if you stand on your toes!
Hikara Productions Says:
I envy you. I can't sew for crap.
But seriously. If my friends saw those, they'd faint and try to steal them. X3
Oh, and do you do tails and ears? Just out of curiosity.
greenbear Says:

Jandreau Says:
real fur?? what kind of fur? >.>;
Jiden Says:
But would these be wearable as real shoes? Would they hold up to the wear and tear of that?
