Tony's Misc. Stories - 1
Tony leapt quickly out of the way of an oncoming stone, which had been thrown at him by a stranger nearby. It was so sudden; Tony had no idea what he had done wrong, nor did he even know who this figure was. He couldn't tell, anyways; All he could see was the outline of the stranger. It was around midnight, and there was no moon out. The field at which they were both in was covered in the nighttime shadow.

The caline kept his guard up in case this stranger decided to throw something else at him. Keeping alert, he cleared his throat, and spoke.

"Who are you, and why did you just needlessly hurl a stone at me?"

The stranger grinned, and simply chuckled. He didn't say a word, however, and only crept closer to Tony, throwing something else. Tony, instinctively, attempted to leap out of the way. Unfortunately, it wasn't just a simple stone that had been thrown at him. Whatever it was, it made the sound akin to a can of soda pop being opened, before releasing a large net that spread out wide like the fine weavings of a spider web. Unprepared for such a manuever, Tony became ensnared in the trap, and went tumbling to the ground, struggling hard to remove the net from his person. He wasn't having much luck at all; He was seriously tangled up.

The figure walked forward, still not saying a word. Tony watched him creep closer, questions spurring endlessly throughout his mind. Whether or not they would be answered, however, was still a mystery. For now, all the caline could think about was how he was going to get out of this.
