No, this is not a recent work of mine, but it has been done within the past year . It's not shaded whatsoever with the intent of it being cartoony, which allows its flaws to pass off more easily. What a cheater.
It's cool, and you know it. Especially because the background is like your room. But maybe you should do some weird touch-ups with the computer. Maybe smoothen out random things so you don't see so many mistakes. You could also color in "Tim" weird colors. But... I guess he would look as cool being colored in...
