In the rich zone there are the big industries, the engine of the city, whereas in the poor one only there are shanties and destroyed houses. The corruption is su usual, and the political current system based on the communism has turned into a dictatorship commanded by the big mafias (italian, russian, yakuza...)

Yhuen lives in the poor neighborhood, in spite of being the son of an important businessman (and ganster), owner of an important corporation called ORGA, (Yes, the name is based in Gilgamesh, from Masahiko Murata), eeemingly a pharmaceutical corporation that hides experiments on human cloning and biological weapon... :evillaugh:
