In case you haven't heard, I'm trying to get myself to draw more. As a result, I'm going through and picking out my favorite Pokémon of each type of each of the first three generations of Pokémon.
Here's Persian, my favorite Normal type of the Red/Blue/Yellow Generation. I love when cats make that face. My cat used to do it all the time. I like Meowth a lot too, but Persian needs more lovin'.
The title of this is actually an inside joke for me. You see, my first Pokémon-related screenname that I actually used for an extended period of time was "PersianPal". Strange, since Raichu is my favorite Pokémon. I remember making a big deal out of getting a Persian back in the day, since I only had Red version. I got all excited when I was able to trade a friend in middle school for one. I got all giddy and spent a lot of money on supplements...
