This is my second drawing.
The damn scanner took the shading away...
Note: These characters are from the book "How to draw MANGA: Ultimate manga lessons" (Vol. 2)
Ps. It seems that I was in hurry when posting this pic... I have not rubbed out the pencil markings... Sorry
Pps. Please do not use this without my premission and without making sure that it states that it is made by me. And that it is taken from the book "How to draw MANGA: Ultimate manga lessons" (Vol. 2)

Wow, it's really refreshing to see poses like this! The proportion is astoundingly dead on just like the anatomy, it's unbelievable that you're 17! (is your profile thingie isn't out of date) I wasn't drawing like that when I was 17. lol :)

The general poses are really nice, they seem quite natural and flowing. However, the left dancer's left hip crescent looks like it's missing, the right dancer's clothing fold does not agree with the movement, the lack of folds of the skirt really threw off the legs and finally, the gap between the breasts on the right dancer is much more than should be.

Posey! Sweet. :) I love the motion to them. Being more of a stylistic person than a realistic person, though, I would say that while it's terrifying, don't be afraid to exaggerate the poses. A lot. The limbs--everything. While you shouldn't make them like licorice sticks, I think some exaggeration and some force could really help these poses. :) Look up the book "Force" by Mattesi--that book has great examples of what I'm talking about when I say force. Also, check out Ben Caldwell. He's really great at force, too.
Their hands are awesome. :) They really contribute to the post and making it awesome. I would say, though, that their faces are starting to get a bit too similar. It might be because they have the same hairstyle, but I think by giving the woman slightly different eyes and maybe a slightly different hairstyle, it would help separate the two of them.
Overall, nice balance and flow. :)

Ooooh don't use those manga books. :( They're terrible! You have a lot of potential, you should use better books for certain! [Riot130] already suggested the Cauldwell book and she is right about that one, I'd also suggest Betty Edwards "Drawing on the Right Side of the Brain" which is basically the best book ever, and Eliot Goldfinger's "Human Anatomy for Artists: the Elements of Form" if you're interested in learning proper anatomy :) There's a really good fabric book I've got at home but I can't remember what it's called.
Anyway you look like you know basics already, just go and observe real life instead of stylized 2D pictures and you'll improve for certain :)
