After hours and hours of listening to Korpiklaani and lots of tea and even more changes and nervous breakdowns... well, you get the idea. Still needs work, but at the moment I'm too tired to care.

Oooh...I LOVE the body markings; they look like roots working their way from the trees and into the forest-spirit's body.
The only thing I'd suggest for the future is avoiding two-dimensional-looking brushes like the ones for the leaves, which give a more artificial, flat look to that part of the drawing in comparison to the very richly-detailed, 3-D forest spirit and roots.
But overall, this is really neat!

It is very very nice, your lighting from the trees onto the character is excellent. but i get alittle lost in the roots. they dont really look 3D as the rest of it does, not sure what it is about it. Also i LOVE the backround, feak'en sweet!

There's something off in her anatomy. The left shoulder looks too large or high. Her left arm starts higher then the right and ends lower then the right so it ends up looking too long.
It's also kind of odd because the lighting makes her left arm go underneath her and her right one is moving forward, but positioning suggests the opposite. Probably shading the bicep on the right would make it look more bent and proportional to her other arm.
I actually like the 2D look the bg has. Nice pic overall.
