This is the main villianess of UEA she is a self absorded vampire named Lucia and the guys in behind are her goblin henchmen.
Red haired is Sam, the blue haired one is Fred and the yellow haired one is Barry.

AH I remember now! This is the reason I watched you - it's always good to see an anime artist branching out into all sorts of creatures eg goblins and what you did with the white paint/pen really brings the picture out. I could actually see this in a magazine! Very beautiful
