This is pretty old, but I'm still kinda happy with it. This is one of my few .. upset pictures? if that's what you call it. I don't even know if I was "uspet" or "angry" at the time of drawing it. o-o; I think I just wanted to draw Vensy this way.. xD

Reading the "Pardon Me" and seeing the water makes me think of her/him getting splashed in the face by those obnoxious cars. Y'know...
