Addrienne // 19 years old
Addrienne is an intern at the local asylum. With only a few weeks left before she moves across the country for school, Addrienne is often left to manage the small hospital herself. One day, when all the other nurses are out taking a lunch break, the power goes down. When the emergency generator fails to work, Addrienne grabs a flashlight and heads down to the basement to examine the circuit breaker. On her way down she runs into Spencer and manages to knock him down the stairs in fright. After finding out Spencer isn't actually insane (he's just very lazy), she asks him to accompany her down to the basement.

Spencer // 17 years old
Spencer was recently committed to Brookhaven under the request of his stepmother, which was just fine with him as it was three free meals a day and a vacation from her constant nagging. He was set to be released the following day when the blackout occurred. With the entire hospital pitch black, a bored Spencer tries the door to his cell to find it unlocked. Mildly surprised (but not really, as the building itself is very old), he simply wanders out and almost immediately runs into Addrienne on the staircase, where she then proceeds to deck him with her flashlight, causing him to fall down the stairs. After apologizing repeatedly, Addrienne asks him to help her find the circuit breaker down in the basement to turn the power back on.

Yes, I am very lazy when it comes to creating original characters and I would prefer to just leave them biography-less, except it was required for this contest so I threw something together (to put it kindly.)
