Seriously, cold weather in Utah sucks. The coldest place in Utah, however, I'm not near. Randolph is snowy, even during the summer, from what I hear. Also, it could be as low as -14 degrees... Farenheit... And no, I wouldn't know if Canada's colder. I've never been there. This is Utah's weather. If you want Canada's, ask the Canadian people around here.
