This is Risa, one of my oldest and most loved Original Characters. Her name is pronounced "Rice-uh" like the Planet from Star Trek, not "Reesuh" like it probably looks.
She's Silver's little sister and I love her cause she's so cute and pure and innocent, without a malicious bone in her body ^^
