I got the idea for this comic from a article that caught my eye in a magazine. I wasn't sure what to think about it until I searched it up on teh internets.
I came across the article which states:
\"An Aspirin a Day keeps breast cancer away\"
Seems legit, looks like a really good idea and looks like a safe precaution for women.
BUT!
Unfortunatly while searching the internet I also found
another article that states:
"An Aspirin a day keeps prostate cancer away"
Now....what the hell? Does aspirin help with any cancer out there or what? Can't they make their minds up?
This article thinks not, in fact it makes the whole matter a lot more confusing. This one states:
"Aspirin and other types of painkillers are now known as a substitue for drug addicts because it slgihty changes the chemicals in the brain to give a good feeling. Even if it's a small feeling addicts still fall to painkillers when they cannot pay for the real thing."
If anyone can help me understand what's going on. I would love to hear it because I'm losing more and more faith in our "wonderful" medical science. =/

that's very odd....with the amount of aspirin that a normal person consumes, i seriously doubt it prevents cancer...
if it did though i'm in luck cuz when my knee goes through a pain period i down about six a day
