Dreams

Once upon a time, there was a small child. This small child had a dream, a dream to live life to the fullest and to be everything great. He wanted to be a superhero, an astronaut, a police officer, the President, and a sports icon. The child though, like most others, grew up and forgot about their dreams and aspirations of greatness. He led a normal life, going through the ups and downs of being a child, although he never completely forgot about his wanting to be someone important in society. As he got older though, he began to think more realistically about the future and what his might be like. He was not sure what he wanted to do. As more time passed by, he got into high school and was pushed to think about what his future may hold for him. People began to become interested in what he wanted to do for the rest of his life. He still was not completely sure on what he would do. With the few ideas he had, it would take lots of school and hard work to accomplish what he now wanted. That boy that once had a dream was now a young man with some different dreams, and he was not going to give up on these new dreams. With these new dreams that now existed, he dreamed of being a doctor. He wanted to help people. This was one path that he knew he could take to get to his goal. So he followed that path. That young man though, still had some dreams. Now on the start of his path towards a future in medicine, he continued to think about the future and what it may have in store. This was a different kind of future though, a family future. He wanted to have a chance to meet a brilliant, beautiful, bedazzling young woman with a heart of gold to raise a family with. Although unsure on whom it might be, or if the young woman had already been met, he was still hopeful that he would have a chance to not only help the sick and injured, but his own children and wife. This young man still has dreams, dreams of greatness. It%u2019s just a different kind of greatness.
