Jack Razor

Believe it or not, I haven't been sitting on my bum doing nothing, in all this flurry of not posting -- Life's just been really hectic lately, and things are only just now simmering down.

This was commissioned about a month ago (yes, I do take commissions right now, no, my price list is not up to date. Throw me a note, tell me what you want, and I'll give you a quote), and I finished it about last week, but hadn't really had the chance to Sheezy it up. (Sorry, Gab, I don't remember your Sheezy name!)

Anyway, I don't have a whole lot to say on this -- I feel like there was far more detail than should have been there, since the commissioner specifically wanted "true Sonic style," but I did the best I could, whils still leaving a few noticeable remnants of previous non-Sonic styled versions of the character. I still feel like I went overboard on the shoes, though. It's like, ignoring the hands, there's really not that much detail until you get down to the feet, and then it's like, KA-BLOOM, detail-plosion. Personal niggles like that aside, I'm rather pleased with how it came out. When I was first told the character had glowing patches of fur, I had no idea how I'd swing it, but I'm very pleased with the results.
