My first attempt at making an emoticon... actually, this is my first attempt at pixel art period (unless you count oekaki, but I don't.)
Any advice or suggestions appreciated! O:

EDIT: OK guys, added shading (thanks JohnGames, Jequila, and nagel
) and fixed the START and SELECT buttons (thanks HEVN
), and made it... isometric (I think that's the word). I tried to resize it but most of the detail got lost; I could probably resize it better if I removed some of the buttons (maybe the start and select?)

you captured it really well in pixel. the shading looks exellent and the screen colour takes me way back
