it meanst "celestial" in hindu.
i didn't study hindu and they probably don't wear things like this but i like to make things up!
i'm trying to get back into coloring- this is my second attempt at this particular picture. took me a few days off and on (i used photoshop and painter)
the sparkles were a brush i found a long time ago that i have long since lost the link too- if anyone recongizes them- please leme know
