Though I Shine So Brightly

Working on this picture was a joy, and I'm sooooo glad it actually came out to my liking since I was so very very unhappy with that last pic I uploaded. Had some serious artist's block going on then, but I seem to have gotten past it. I even had fun adding all the little white sparklies in this pic.

So this was more judgement outfit practice. I'd like to be able to draw him without looking at a reference every two minutes to see exactly how this belt connects to that belt.
