Might make this a Kaerwyn character, dunno. She's the princess of Makalu, which is actually the name of a mountain in the Himalayas... which is the native territory of Snow Leopards. It was done completely in PS, from start to finish. It's all brushwork folks.

The eyes and the adornments are gorgeous too, and I adore how you did the mountains and the clouds in the background. Really, really nice.
