Eat....!

I love dwelling into the "what if's" of Iruka's past.
This doodle came to me when I started imagining how Naruto and Iruka first met... an why Ramen was the bond that held these two even before iruka outwordly aknowledged the boy.

I got to picturing Iruka, returning from a mission; Cold, hungry and tired. He picked up a cup of instant noodles at the store and decides to enjoy the peacefulness the night brought to Konoha. (plus... he figured he didn't have to go home just yet... not like anyone was waiting for him at home).

Just as he turns a corner, he see's a little boy out in the steps of a building, freezing his little ass off. He recognizes the boy as the Kyuubi from the wiskers on the blond-kids face... and is about to turn away when he hears a little growling comming from the boy. About to yell at the kid for doing rude gestures when he hadn't done anything wrong to him... he turns and is surprised that the boy hadn't even known Iruka was there... but rather just staring off into space.... The growl returns and Iruka realizes it's not the kyuubi.. but the boy's stomach that's making that noise.

his conscience gets the best of him and he plops down next to the boy, surprising the blond child, and hands the tyke his half-eaten cup of noodles...

... um... yeah... all this thought up when I should've been taking notes for my quiz next week.. Ah well...
