Yanxie is actually inspired by an old OC of mine when I used to do these insane doodles... *should post them sometime* @@;
He's a smart ass and pretty mellow. He tends to get easily frustrated or irritated, though... >< But something about Kate attracts him to her (like a fly to the tape ; ) Yanxie's one of the live-in's in the hotel (I should really come up with a name for that hotel... which will prolly be the comic title... ><; ). He also works for Oscar and tends to get on his nerves a lot, since Yanxie tries to do a lot of things his way (or the highway! /cheezzy 9_9; ). He's is an average college student and uses his work at the hotel to pay for boarding and his schooling finances...

He loves listening to music with his insanely large headfones... Also carries around a large backpack (what he keeps in there? I dunno, lol) and has a lot of peircings and is the formation of the "punk" that I like to draw. It suits him well. I'm glad I managed a remake of Yanxie, he still looks the same (and better)

If he were non-SD style he'd be super hot... I'd hit it o3o; *should try drawing him non-SD to prove wrong that she CAN draw males!!!* /swt

Oh, yes, and he's half-Asian. /heh Chinese, to be exact~
