One of the characters in a soon-to-be-comic I'm working on... It's going to be entirely chibi style (to keep the mood light-hearted, plus would make for good comicing practice... o3o)

He is the owner of a mid-sized hotel, two stories at most.
He's very generous and a very likable person and also has a weakness of compassion and having a big heart, so it's hard for him to be angry at someone for such a long time.
It'll become very noticable when he meets Kate..
Oscar is also a shy individual, but is also out spoken when there is a time for it (ie, if yanxie starts shit xD; )
