A lovey Fan Character for a fan game than never saw the light of day. Mecha Sonic Omega was supposed to be from the Rockman Neo era, but as the game got cancled a few months ago, I've just used the character as an evolved version of another Mecha Sonic - Reploid crossbreed character I've done.
